Do you expect the library to have a blog, a facebook page, a wiki, a (fill in the blank with any web 2.0 technology)?
I am 25 years old, which is an age where many people expect that I should know all about technology. Actually, I did not grow up with a computer, I even had typing classes on typewriters in high school. My first time in cyberspace was in 1998, which I might add was a big let down. Anyway-- I don't expect my library to have all of the things mentioned above, but maybe I'm too old to expect it. I wonder what the 18-20 crowd wants? It's strange to me that a 5-7 year difference in age could make such a difference in the realm of technology.
One aspect I love about Web 2.0/ Library 2.0 is the concept of interoperability. I want to be able to sit down anywhere and use all sorts of applications, data, and hardware to accomplish what I I need to do.
